The key attraction for Betsy is that she is passionate about developing clubs, and she will have the opportunity to take real ownership and help grow a program that is still in its infancy. She has worked with all ages and finds a source of pride in growing up with a young group and watching the kids and program mature. She feels that the BEARS coaching team is energetic and keen, and that it is something that she wants to be a part of.
